Do you want to teach dribbling against real opponents and not just cones? If so, this 5' video tutorial is for you!



Here you can find some interesting tasks with the goal of scorings goals, in which Luis Vilar amplified the information supporting the dribbles (interpersonal distance between attacker and defender). He manipulated the task constraints of space (area available for the defender to move), the size of the instruments (1m goals) and the number of instruments (1, 2 and 4 goals).
